Digital PCR

PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is a molecular biological technology for amplification and amplification of specific DNA fragments. Digital PCR is the third generation PCR technology, which is an absolute quantitative technology of nucleic acid molecules. Compared with traditional qPCR technology, digital PCR(dPCR) has the following characteristics: absolute quantitative, no standard, low sample demand, high sensitivity, high tolerance and so on. At present, digital PCR technology has been widely used in pathogen detection, cancer biomarker research and copy number variation analysis, gene expression analysis, environmental monitoring, food detection and other fields.
